Keypillar AI is responsible for the personal information collected through the project-enquiry and collaborator forms on this website. Questions about this notice or your information can be sent to keypillarailtd@gmail.com.
What we collect
For project enquiries, we collect your name, work email, company, selected need and the context you provide. For collaborator profiles, we collect your name, email, discipline, optional portfolio link and the information you provide about how you work.
Why we use it
We use this information to review and respond to enquiries, assess potential projects or collaboration, maintain an appropriate follow-up record, protect the forms from abuse and operate the secure administrator inbox. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to requests made to Keypillar AI and evaluating potential business relationships.
Who processes it
Vercel hosts the website, Supabase provides the protected database and storage, and Resend delivers administrator notifications. These providers process information on our behalf under their service and data-protection terms. Where information is processed outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards made available by those providers where required.
How long we keep it
Website submissions are automatically deleted six calendar months after receipt. Short-lived, one-way hashes used to enforce form rate limits are deleted after 24 hours. We may delete information sooner when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to its use. Contact us using the address above. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security and required fields
Information is stored in protected systems and the administrator area is limited to an approved account. Required fields are needed so we can understand and respond to your request; you do not have to submit a form if you do not want us to process those details.
